MUAY THAI - KICK BOXING - STRIKING

The Muay Thai/Kickboxing class focuses on proper technique. Offensive and defensive moves are taught so that you can fully know and feel confident with how, when, and why to use certain techniques. Training Muay Thai and Kickboxing gives you a strong foundation and crosses over into other combat sports and self defense which makes you more well rounded. Having a solid understanding and execution of these techniques you will reap a multitude of benefits such as cardio endurance, core strength, coordination, stress relief, and confidence. It is a full body workout. This class is open to all levels of students. You do not have to be a "fighter" to benefit from Muay Thai and Kickboxing. However, we have taught amateur and professional fighters so we can get you where you need to be.
